Rationale: 

This project is very important as a tool to help our second language learners to learn English.  It is also an

opportunity for our regular education students to develop their technology skills,  make real-life connections related to

the needs of second language learners in our school and community, and have an opportunity to use their creative skills

to develop a  meaningful mini-lesson appropriate to the needs of the second-language learner peers.
